Ghost Pepper, also known as Bhut Jolokia, is a legendary pepper, known as one of the world’s hottest peppers, with readings sometimes in excess of 1,000,000 Scoville units! It grows slowly at first but eventually makes a vigorous tall plant. The thin-walled, wrinkled, pointed fruit are 3 to 3 1/2″ long. This strain may result in a range of fruit colors, including red, peach, and yellow.
