Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 English cucumber
Instructions
- Place a tea towel on a cutting board and grate the cucumber large holes of a box grater.
- Squeeze the moisture out of the cucumber by wringing the towel.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Season to taste.
- Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
Notes
This dip, sauce or condiment is a perfect companion for just about any dish.
